Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
In accordance with European legislation, customers located within the European Union benefit from a minimum legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. Our commercial policy extends this period to 30 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in exactly the same condition as when it was received:

undamaged

complete

in a condition that allows it to be resold
Original packaging or labels are not required. However, the product must be carefully protected for return shipping to avoid any damage during transport.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return request.

We do not provide return shipping labels.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Closer Deck cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check the condition of your product upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following products:
Digital products (e.g., PDFs or downloadable content)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, no refund can be issued once the download has started if you agreed to immediate access to the content and expressly waived your right of withdrawal.
Gift cards
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount may be returned in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Refunds will be issued based on the price actually paid at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

Right of Withdrawal – European Union
If your order was placed from a European Union member country, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.
The product must be returned in its original condition and in a state that allows it to be resold.
This right does not apply to digital products where access has been provided immediately after payment, when you have agreed to waive your right of withdrawal.
Orders Outside the European Union (e.g. United Kingdom)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom:

Closer Deck cannot be held responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees applied by local authorities.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
⚠️ Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 10 business days after the return has been approved.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are never refunded, unless otherwise agreed by Closer Deck.
